I have no idea. I have only used it for generating "voice readings" of text files in English.

You can convert text to speech in Adobe Audition, with a choice of "voices":

A .srt or .txt file are usually used for captions and subtitles. What do you mean by creating a soundtrack?

I have a movie file with a soundtrack in English. In addition to the soundtrack, there is a text file in SRT format in Polish.

Is it possible to create a sound file from an SRT text file - no matter what. It can be mp3 or any other file. I need to create such a sound file to have a new soundtrack Polish.
