I have looked around but can't find an answer (to an admittedly silly question): I've built up a ton of personalised presets within Lightroom and I was wondering if there was a way of exporting them to be used for video grading in Premiere Pro.

You definitely can!
check the internet for .cube to premiere lumetri converter or sth, then you have to prepare a demo picture in lightroom and apply your preset, export that, import into that look converter and then you can export the .cube which works in premiere just fine, hope this helped!

I have tested it to be as accurate as color management in ae. example: down to pixel rgb values <0.2% math loss in conversion.

Two things about trying to mimic Lightroom behavior trip up a lot of people (including me when I started), so I'll mention them just so anyone reading this thread is aware of them.
First, even though the Lumetri UI was designed to look & feel very much like the Develop panel in Lightroom, the controls are not at all the same. I've got a blog posted on what the controls of the Basic tab actually do, demonstrating that with an image with two graphic sections. The way the controls work is at times a shock to a lot of people. So you can't just start into PrPro with a good knowledge of Lightroom (as I did to begin working in PrPro 5 years ago) and immediately transfer your knowledge into working with Lumetri.
As it turns out, video color controls & color science behind them are very different than stills image color controls & science. And trying to do exactly within Lumetri what you did in Lightroom ... ain't a walk in the park. You can get mostly kinda close for some things, yea. Other things ... it takes some good understanding of Lumetri to actually get just sort of close to 'there'. You can also do things you can't in Lr.
Second ... when using the LUT process to get around the above problem ... it again mostly sort of works as you hope. But remember the difference of course between a preset & a LUT ... the preset comes into a UI tool with settings that have been set to "X" but can modify further at the moment. The LUT ... can be applied with Lumetri's Basic Tab "Input" tab or "Creative" tab. You can then use Lumetri controls to further modify things but you of course don't have the same controls doing the same thing in Lumetri as you have in Lightroom.
Personally, as I worked at getting my presets into PrPro, using either SpeedGrade or Lumetri as it evolved ... I quickly found it was far more work to try and bring my Lr presets into PrPro/Sg, than to create new ones designed expressly for video work from within SpeedGrade and PrPro's Lumetri.
My presets, Looks, and LUTs created in SpeedGrade and Lumetri work better with video footage, as they're designed around video media files ... which are clearly different beasts than still files.
