Is there a way to automate creating a cut for each speaker?

Hi, 

I have some vlogs that I edit, and each speaker needs to be centered on the left side of the frame. This requires me to cut their portions in the clips and then move them over. Every cut is like 5 seconds apart so it takes a little time. 

I was wondering if premiere has a way to identify each speaker and then do the cuts for me to save time.
