Do you mean maintain audio pitch? Right click the clip in your sequence - Speed/Duration, make sure Maintain Audio Pitch is selected

I mean keeping the speed/duration of a video the same but with higher or lower edited audio. For example, changing the music or dialogue at the lowest pitch possible but having the duration the same as its original source.

Have you tried the Pitch Shifter effect? Then raise or lower the transpose ratio.
