Is there a way to remove the mouse cursor from screencast recordings

Is there an easy way to remove the mouse cursor/ mouse pointer from my screencast-recordings with adobe premiere (or adobe after effects). 

 

Any hints or links to tutorials would be greatly appreciated!

You may have to convert to Constant Frame Rate first:

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot of the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:

Shutter Encoder may also be used to convert to Constant Frame Rate:
