I have two active Adobe CC accounts, one at work and one at home. Both run the latest version of Premier Pro. When I create a file with one account (usually work) it opens saves etc no problem. I can then open this again with my home account no issues. However when I then try to open it with my work account I get the error message
"The project could not be loaded, it may be damaged or contain outdated elements."
I can still open and edit using my home CC account but his is not much use when I want to view ort make small changes at home then continue working in the office.
I did open a call with Adobe, who acknowledged the problem but weren't able to resolve it. For a leading VT editing tool this is pretty poor.
Anyone know how to resolve this?
Thanks!
Hi TartanZonePhoto,
The issue is fixed in latest Update of Premiere Pro. Please update Premiere Pro to 11.0.2 version.
Thanks,
Vidya Sagar.

This is an open issue that is being investigated. There is another thread on this issue with possible workarounds until the issue is resolved. Premiere cc2017 will not open projects from other mac users

Hi Vidya,
I've been waiting for the 11.0.2 update, and can't automatically or manually update. Tried 'check for App updates' in the CC launcher, but still, I'm with Premiere 11.0.1.
Looking forward to hearing back,
Thanks,
TFHq
