Just Installed Premiere Pro. But it demands I give it access to Photos and Home

So when I follow this and open up my Security, there is no place for me to give permissions to Premiere, but then I can't use Premiere without giving permission. How to fix this?

I'm on Ventura 13.7.2

Your Apple device is asking for permission to install Premiere Pro.

You need a user account with full administrative permissions to install software.

If this device is not your property, contact your organization's IT dept for assistance.

Hope that helps.
