Not a great start.. I've been trying to resolve this issue for hours now, over the last few days. Seems the fix's for this issue ive seen don't work for me. I cant even open the program I just instantly get an error message telling me to try reinstalling the program. Any tips on how to fix this? I dont think im making it past the 7 day free trial if i cant figure this out.
Error message is this :
Adobe premiere pro.exe - System Error
The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP110.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

That is a Microsoft problem, so you need a Microsoft solution
Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/ to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help
-or direct to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads

How confident are you that your computer meets the minimum system requirements for Premiere Pro?
For this issue, I'd start a support chat with Adobe.
Visit Adobe Help Center and click the Contact us chat bubble that appears at the lower right. Enter something like "New install of Premiere Pro will not launch" and you should get transferred to a real person. Verifying an installation can take some time. Try to have at least two hours free. Also, the support agent will likely offer to check your computer remotely.
During the support chat, be sure to mention that you have not been able to use the trial. You should be able to get it extended.
