Latest of Premiere won't recognize Multicam Audio Sync

Captured with 3x Panasonic GH5's 1 meter apart from eachother, Tested in windows 7, 64x and Windows 10, 64x

I took some images of the timeline to explain and the waveform of all three looks quite the same!

Boggles the mind....

And I aligned it by hand...

Help will be of most appreciate.

I found issues with the auto-method of multicam creation.  I recommend the following in all cases.

Thanks Jim but this issue is systematic and repeats it self from project to project., there is an issue for sure. This used to work in previous versions of Premiere quite great. Thanks for the reply,
