There is no more Legacy Title in 2023. Completely removed from the program.

Go to Window---> Choose All Panels

    It will show up.

I had an issue same to that, but I just realized had compressed the preview window I just stretched wide and the titles appeared.

Can you please switch the transparency grid on on both the legacy title window and the monitor ?

There is a switch at the top of your legacy title monitor (sorry i dont

have a pc for now to show you how) hover over your switches until you find

one called show transparency or something, same in the program monitor,

toggle the show transparency grid icon

Yes, the title shows up in the project panel, but nothing on screen and when I click the title to edit it, it is blank.
