Linking Media

Hello, I am having difficuly linking media which in the past has been a breeze. For one reason or another I can not selcet the external harddrive where the footage is on to link it. This project came from another editor and I am trying to link all of the media which I have on my end. Any help with this would be greatly approicted.

I'm sorry to hear that. Could you try the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this discussion and let me know if any of them work for you?

If they don't please share your current Premiere Pro version and let me know if you're using a Windows or a macOS system.
