Location of Preferences File for "Media Cache Files" in Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder

Hello Community,

where do i find the preferences file (XML, TXT,...) which stores the location of the "Media Cache Files"-Folder for Premiere, After effects and Media Encoder?

If the folder for the "Media Cache Files" is changed in the preferences in one of this three tools, the other two will take over the same setting automaticaly (see screenshot).

I can find all individual preferences files on my PC but this one is missing.

Where are this shared settings stored on a Windows 10 PC?
