Long export time with adjustment layer V25.1

I've come across a bug in the latest version of Premiere Pro (V25.1), it's pretty simple.  It occurs when I add an adjustment layer above all of my video tracks (4 cameras each on a separate track) AND add an instance of lumetri to do a final global adjustment on all video clips.  The bug manifests when I encode the video either straight from premiere or from Media Encoder, same result.  The result is that an encode that normally takes about 10-12 minutes for a 4 minute video now takes 5-6 hours.  If I turn off the adjustment layer or disable the associated instance of lumetri the encode operates normally.  If I turn it back on we're back to a 5-6 hour encode.  I have reverted to V25 and the bug does not exist there so I am able to encode normally.  BTW I have also tried rolling back Media Encoder to the previous version and the above mentioned behavior still persists so I'm certain the issue is NOT with Media Encoder.   Has anyone else experienced a similar issue in V25.1?

I have discovered that the encoding problem I've been experiencing over the last several months is related to an outdated audio plugin I've been using forever.  It still works up through PPRO 2024 versions but when 2025 came out that's where it finally hit the wall.  When I replaced the plugin with a new version my encoding problems vanished.  I don't think anyone took my "bug" post seriously and for good reason.  I do appreciate the due diligence paid by those who responded and apologize for be

The (bug) issue is described at the top of this post.

Premiere Pro V25.1

MB ASUS X99 Deluxe II Socket 2011

OS Windows 10 Pro 64bit

Intel Core i7 6950X

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti

GPU Driver Nvidia 32.0.15.6070

RAM 128GB DDR4 #1223Mhz

Source Video as follows:

Cam 1 Sony A7iii UHD 3840 x 2160 29.97fps SLog2 .mp4 Recorded internally on SD card

Cam 2 Sony A7iii UHD 3840 x 2160 29.97fps SLog2 .mp4 Recorded internally on SD card

Cam 3 Sony FS700 4K 4096 x 2160 29.97fps SLog2 .mov Recorded Camera Raw on Odyssey 7q

Cam 4 Sony FS7 MKii 4K 4096 x 2160 29.97 fps SLog3 CineIE .mov Recorded on Camera Raw Odyssey 7q

Final edit Sequence Settings are Standard 1920 x 1080 29.97fps 48K, I did not use the multi camera preset but there are 4 video tracks, 1 per camera, plus 5 or 6 graphics tracks mainly at the beginning and end of the video.  Each camera is color graded separately in a nested sequence.  There are 6 or 7 audio tracks.  And there is 1 Adjustment Layer track sandwiched below the graphics tracks and above the 4 video tracks containing one instance of Lumetri for a global tweak on the footage.

I have been using this workflow since April 2024 and have had no encoding issues through the various updates of PPro until V25.1.  With the advent of the unconscionably slow encoding issue in V25.1 I have rolled back to V25.0 and eveything is working normally.
