Los audios se distorsionan en la secuencia, no en el origen

Hola, gente. Soy casi nuevo en Premiere Pro y en el vídeo. He montado un proyecto corto, de menos de 2 minutos, y, cuando ya lo tenía casi acabado, de pronto el audio distorsiona horriblemente.
Con cualquiera que le ponga pasa lo mismo. He hecho pruebas con los mismos audios en nuevos proyectos de prueba, y se oyen bien.
No sé qué he podido hacer en la secuencia, básicamente tiene sólo varias transiciones de disolución cruzada, y de pasar a blanco.

Sorry you are having issues. But without knowing more details, we can't help you. Can you please share your system info? Like OS and version, CPU, RAM, GPU vRAM, Pr version? Next to that it will be useful to know you sequence settings and the codec of your footage. Thanks. Also a screen grab of your issue will be helpful.

Make sure Default Input in the Audio Hardware in the Preferences is set to No Input.

Ann, you did it. I had the same problem, and your "input" was on point. That solved this issue for me.

Try creating a new project and import the old one into it.
