lost my videos after resetting premiere pro preferences

i accidently messed up my prefrences, so i decided to reset them. (i only pressed reset app prefrences) when premiere pro launched again, none of my projects were there. please help!

That list is just shortcuts to the recently opened projects. When you reset preferences that list is reset. Your projects are still where you saved them on your drive. Click on Open Project, navigate to your project(s), and open from there. Then each one  you open will show in the "Recent" list.

Welcome to the community! As suggested by Stan Jones, please try manually navigating to the project file location & open it from there. In case you are not sure where the projects were saved, you may try searching for .prproj on your computer to list all the saved Premiere Pro projects. Hope it helps.
