LUMETRI - PREMIERE PRO CC2019 13 - WEIRD BUG

New Here ,
Nov 07, 2018 Nov 07, 2018

Since my last update to 2009 CC 13 I've had real bugs using Lumetri color corrections and I can't export my clips without this bug !!!!

I've tried on my macbook pro still on High Sierra and my IMAC on Mojave just to be sure it wasn't an OS problem but I've got the same issue.

Here's what it does when I try to modify whatever feature in my Lumetri box :

I could live with that bug for a while but the problem is that this bug happens also randomly when I export my timeline to any MP4 format..... ?????

Thanks for looking into this Adobe

Have you checked that your video card driver is the latest one for that card from the manufacturer? If not, do so ... manually.

Now there are some issues where going back one or two drivers from the newest work better, at least as has been reported here.

Next thing would be to set Mercury Acceleration to Software Only, to check and see if this is a GPU issue. If it goes away, then ... it's a GPU situation of some kind.

Switch to Mercury ( METAL) and everything is back to normal!

Thanks,

Oups, sorry false alarm, the problem is back with Mercury METAL also. It's only ok if I use Software...

I'll wait for the next Graphic Card update on my mac...

Your video seems to be down. Are you having the same problem as this?

Premiere Pro CC 13.0.1 corrupt color problem.

Something seems to be broken in 13.0.1.

Yes I still have the same problem that you have experienced!
I've also had GPU bugs with Photoshop as well.... Adobe really messed up this time!!! or maybe it's AMD that are not following the pace... I don't know...

I'm reverting all programs to the previous versions for now.

I took out my video for privacy issues with the actors.

I tried to rollback the drivers with no results. Same problem.

I've started a new discussion here.
