Lumetri Scopes wayy off compared to my external Field Monitor scopes

Hello,

I have a delv field monitor which comes with a histogram, waveform, vector, zebra 100 ire and false color. If i hitch that up to my computer's HDMI output it displays a very different waveform reading than lumetri scopes in premiere and I have it set to display full screen to the filed monitor so it's not picking up any icons or anything within premiere.

I'm not sure however if it's displaying it different because it has to transfer what's from premiere to the field monitor via HDMI or if the scopes in premiere are wrong.

Right now it's listing in premiere lumetri scopes that everything is blown out above 100 IRE but on my field monitor it's showing it's actually below 100 and around 80 IRE. Which one is correct? Premiere scopes or my field monitor?

Make a sequence of bars and tone and see how they look on both scopes.

Your ’computers’ HDMI output? Rather than a video IO? I suspect that’ll be the reason.

There will be a display adjustmen for that HDMI output. So not for reference.

You need to add a dedicated I/O device here, something like the Intensity Shuttle from Blackmagic, or the T-Tap from AJA.  Don't go through the GPU.
