LUT .itx conversion to .cube

Adobe Premiere Pro has some LUT files saved as .itx instead of the expected .cube extension. I know this is a long shot & yes, I've searched online, but is there a way to convert the former to the latter? What even is the former? I want to use these LUTs in Lightroom. I know how to use .cube LUTs. Help!
