M1 PRO Lagging Issues

I own a M1 Pro 16 GB. Before that i got a M1 Air 16GB. On the Air everything worked fine and smooth. Now i got a big problem with the timeline playing. First i thougt it is because the files were on an external drive. But i copied the project on the hard drive of the mac and the problem is still there. I made a short clip so you can see how it is lagging. I hope somebody has a solution for that. The update two weeks ago didn't solve the problem.
