Everytime I drag and drop the mp4 file to Adobe Premiere the audio and video are automatically out of sync as soon as I press PLAY. Before it would just fall out of sync after editing for a while but NOW ever since I got my Blue Yeti microphone it's even worse and not only does it right away but NOW the playback audio and video LAGS rewinds then goes forward amd everything bad basically. It's really bad and please help me as Im a new youtuber and haven't been able to upload a recorded/edited video in weeks as I can't figure this out. 😞

P.S. I also noticed every video I watch on "adobe premiere" I noticed EVERYBODY has audio and video as seperate files but mine NEVER does that amd idk how to seperate them as all I have in AP after drag and dropping is "movie" and "sequence". Everyone else has audio sep etf and how?!?!

How is your video recorded? If it is video that you're capturing from a web camera it may have a variable frame rate which is causing it to come out of sync. If this is the case you could convert it through an app called hand brake which should salve the problem.

First, try Step 2b below.  Report back.

Second, I recommend recording all audio to a hardware device, something like a Zoom H1.  I also recommend uninstalling any USB mics that are plugged in.  If you must plug in a microphone to the computer, use a regular mic plugged into the mic port.
