Making a collage with clips moving through the screen

Hello there

Im very new to Premiere Pro, so this might be something super easy, and I might just be super dumb, but I need your guys' help one way or another. Im trying to achieve the following;

Ive got like 15 10 second Clips cut from the movie "Inglorious Basterds", and I want to make an mp4, in which all the clips slide in and out of the scene one after another, from top to bottom while they are all running, showing little snippets of the movie. Im making an analysis of one of the scenes for school btw. 

Can I do this in Premiere Pro? If so how, and if not, how else? I tried just putting the clips into my PowerPoint, animating all the starts and the animation paths seperately but its a) not elegant and b) there is no way itll run on school PCs -> This is why I want to have the entire thing, the entire collage or whatever you want to call it as one single file.

Put the clips on a sequence, and use the Motion controls to animate their movement. Start with the clip completely 'up' off the screen just a couple frames before you want to see it, and set a keyframe. Go to a couple frames after you want to see it disappear off the bottom, and move the clip just off below the screen. Set a keyframe.

As far as playing it on the PCs at school goes, create a 1080p MP4 and make sure to play it from the internal hard drive.  You can place it on a slide in PowerPoint, but have it as a stand alone file as a back up.  

For what it's worth, you're supposed to license the film for in-class presentation - even if using stills.
