Hang on no I haven't.
You click on the marker and the playhead jumps to the correct position on the clip, then you hit play and the program monitor starts playing.

If you mean go to while on the timeline, that's quick. You can set keyboard shortcuts for TONS of things in Premiere. That's the first place to look for things like this. Including moving to next/previous marker.
Just open the Keyboard Shortcuts panel (Ctrl/Cmd-Alt-K) and in the search bar, type ... mar ... and see the tons of marker keyboard shortcuts available. Including go to next, go to previous.
If you mean from the Marker panel, they make you jump through a hoop ... right-click the Marker's 3-bar menu, click the "Sequence Timecode" line, and then when you single-click on a marker in the panel the CTI jumps to that marker.
And if you mean getting to the same frame in the Source monitor after the CTI is on a marker (or any other spot) in the timeline panel, then of course it's just hitting the F key to "match frame" which opens that clip in the Source monitor with the playhead at that point.

Bless you! Thanks, it was the hoop that baffled me: without it I had to close the program window, select the timecode, then click the source window to activate it, then hit space bar.
I only wish that with "Sequence Timecode" switched on it didn't remove the visual markers from the source window! But still it will make logging and searching much quicker

Yea, that bugged me at first also. There's a lot of the marker practices of this app it takes puzzling to get figured out.
