The problem is this. Working in the Pal DV Widescreen sequence, I import Full HD videos. If I apply "Set to frame size" and add any effect with a mask, the value goes beyond the mask horizontally. In the case when I apply "Scale to frame size" everything turns out as correctly. My software version is 15.4.0, there was no such thing before. I tried to reset the settings did not help.
