Mask tool not working in Premiere Pro 2019

Am I missing something, or did Adobe take away the mask tool in PP 2019. If so, is there a workaround other than After Effects?

Thanks, but I created plenty of masks using this workflow in previous versions of PP. It's obvious that PP 2019 has a bug in this regard. I'm assuing the PP 2020 has fixed this bug but it doesn't run well on my system, which forces me to go back to PP 2018. I guess I can rebuild via EDL but I should'nt have to do this. Or I use I Aftereffects.

Make sure your Monitor is set to 100% scaling in your operating system.

125% tends to give issues (wireframe not showing).
