Maximize Frame keyboard shortcut with CMS keyboard

Is it possible to use a keyboard shortcut for "Maximize Frame" while working in the Canadian Multilingual Standard keyboard layout?

For reference, the keyboard layout looks like this.

The keyboard shortcut is displayed as Shift+`, but I don't have a backtick key on my keyboard.
