Media Encoder outputs black screen with audio

I have a large file that I'm trying to render from Premiere, it's about 9 hours long.

When I send it to Media Encoder and start the render, the file preview is blank. When it finishes, it outputs an MP4 file that is just a black screen with the audio. 

Here are my settings, I'm hoping someone here can help! I need to be able to render and start the upload on this soon.
