Media Files Offline for no Reason (Proxies Online)

Hi all, today I wanted to export my movie and this message popped up:

 

Offline material is present in this export and has online proxies attached. Offline material will be encoded using the Proxies.

 

Now here is the fun part: I have not touched any of the files at all. I have been working on that film for one month and never saw a media-offline message. I did not move, rename, relinke anything in the project folders (except adding files). The media files (full res and proxies) are exactly in the same place as when I created this project. All the proxies are online, all the full res files with proxies attached are offline. The full res files without proxies are still online.

 

  • Has anyone else ever had this weird behaviour (offline files for no reason)?
    (Is this connected to working with proxies)?
  • Is there an easy way of re-linking (550 files in 25+ folders)??
  • How to avoid this will happen again and again??
