Media Pending error upon initial install

New Here ,
Sep 15, 2018 Sep 15, 2018

I have attempted to install premiere pro cc 2018 for the 6th time, still no luck. When I first open the program the media planning message comes up in a full screen, preventing me the capability of navigating anywhere else within the program. I am currently under the 7 day trial and 3 days have gone by without me being able to use the program before I purchase it. HELP!!!!!

If I get to that screen, it probably is not an installation error.

Explain what you are doing because you do not understand.

You are opening a project.

It is importing

Thank you for your reply, Juan. I get this screen as soon as I open the program. I tried downloading the software in an attempt to familiarize myself with the program before I purchase it. I have yet to get as far as opening a project or importing anything for that matter. Literally, installed it, went to the program and get that screen showing the error. What should I be doing directly after install?

You can try some troubleshooting.  Something might help.

I could put a screenshot of the entire program interface.
