Menu bar missing from top of screen - Premiere Pro 2022

Hi,

My laptop got stolen, so I got a new MacBook Pro and installed Premiere Pro 2022.

The menu bar (top of the screen) is missing.

I went to "Window" -> Workspace -> Edit Workspaces -- nothing happened.

I tried "Import Workspace from Projects" - it showed nothing, no my previous projects.

Without the menu bar, I can't edit.

Please advise.

If you have synced workspaces to your Creative Cloud account you should be able to click on the chain link on the lower left hand corner and sync settings. Hopefully this will bring them back. Also under window/workspaces there are the work spaces which Adobe provides.
