Migrating /Syncing settings to Premiere 12.1 - not working at all

Am I doing something wrong or is this just an issue with the new software?  I just downloaded Premiere CC 2018 12.1 and tried to download my settings from the cloud.  None of my workspaces are there and my keyboard shortcuts don't work.  So I went back into  CC2017 and uploaded my settings again, just to make sure.  Then went back to 2018.  No good.  It's as if I'm seeing other peoples' settings and keyboard layouts.  I've got "Hillary Avid" and "BETSY".  Who are these people and where are my settings!?  I also tried copying my settings from the 11 folder into the 12 folder.  No good.  I'm on a Mac Book Pro running12.10.6 Sierra for what it's worth.  Anyone else having similar issues?

    Hi, Kevin---

Thanks for following up.  After advice from another forum on Facebook I ended up simply fixed it locally on my hard drive.  I went to Documents>Adobe>Premiere Pro.  I deleted the 12.0 folder (well, after I backed it up elsewhere just in case) and duplicated the 11.0 folder and renamed it 12.0.  That worked for me and I was then able to upload those settings to the cloud for future.  Oh, that and I went back a version to 12.0.0 as this was not the only issue I was having.

Thanks for your time.  I believe I already submitted that bug report.

    Hi DMehalik,

This sounds pretty frustrating, but I do not know what advice I can offer you as a fix. Can you please post this issue as a bug here? Premiere Pro: Hot (917 ideas) – Adobe video & audio apps

    Thanks so much!

I was just searching the forums to see if this was an issue for anyone.

I had to recreate all my window workspaces and keyboard layouts when I upgraded to the last version. Very time-consuming.

I'll be holding off upgrading to 12.1 until Adobe fixes this.
