Mirror effect not working PLEASE HELP!

I'm using the replicate and mirror effects on the adjustment layers. Replicate is on the layer above. I've done this effect before, so I know it works. I should be able to remove the harsh lines by moving only the bottom part of the screen, however, it applies the effect to each square instead.

I've tried doing the effect on a different computer as well; a friend of mine could do the effect on his computer, although I'm not sure what version he used. attached is a video off what should be happening.

Advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

In case the video doesn't work, here's the YouTube link.

And there's a link for how it should look: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AncfBhr95uY&lc=Ugz9a07-J60v6J3A6DJ4AaABAg.A4GIvnRUAh1A4GQf20QEjq&ab_channel=SmertimbaGraphics

Correct answer Mike Dziennik

'Replicate' should also be on the bottom adjustment layer. The top adjustment layer should only be for the Transform.

Do you have it as the first effect (at the top) in the stack of effects?
