Missing menu items in media browser/project panel Premier Pro 2023

Hello - newbie help request.  In Adobe Premire Pro 2023 on windows 11 - in the lower left hand panel, the media browser/project panel, I don't have any of the options that are shown in every single tutorial video I watch.  In all of the tutorials, self-help videos there are links to menu items in this panel named "Libary, Info, Effects", etc.   How do you get these menu items in this panel?  I can't follow any of the tutorials because all of these menu items are missing.  All of the help articles show how to restore missing windows/panels by using the "Window" option in the menu bar, but nothing about how to get those menu options restored within the media browser panel.

You can enable any hidden tabs by clicking them in the Window menu.

The Media Browser is one panel and doesn't include links to other panels. Can you please post a full UI screenshot of your screen as well as one from a tutorial that you would like to replicate?

Those are tabs within the Panel Group, that includes several individual panels. You scroll sideways at the top to get to the various tabs within that panel group.

If you only see one tab, perhaps try "reset to saved layout" option from the Window/Workspaces menu.

Keyboard short Alt(Option)-Shift-0

Were you able to resolve this? I am experiencing the same issue.  I cannot follow the tutorials due to this. "Reset to saved Layout" leads back to this.
