MISSING Sequence in Timeline - Help!

I opened a previously edited and exported video, now it appears I have no video in my timeline. I have watched several videos about how to look for the sequence (bar icon in my media as well as importing auto saved) and nothing is showing up. HELP, I need to make one small tweak for an assignment.

Guessing you did not make a backup or creative cloud files, just auto save?
