MKV to Mp4 Converted files are shorter than source after importing to Premiere

Used VLC to convert MkV file to MP4. After importing the MP4 to Premiere the file is 6 seconds shorter. Of all 6 files in the bin each one is shorter up to even 10 seconds. This is an issue because I have specific timestamps I used from the source file to edit a video together. On playback, though nothing seems to be missing. I've attached images of everything and I just have no idea what could be cutting the files shorter once they get imported. Even Divinchi Resolve shortened the files by the exact same amount. This is the same problem for another batch of files that I converted using HandBrake.
Premiere version: 23.2
Windows 11
I don't think it's a frame rate issue it looks like it's a consistent one that Premiere loves from the file details. I really hope any of you have any ideas. Thank you so much!
