MOGRT files "Not Supported"

I am trying to import a Motion Graphic file on Premire through the Essential graphics window by pressing the little button with the plus and when i select the file it says i need to update my premire but i am currently running the current version 12.1.2 (build 69). i have other MOGRT files that work just fine, but some of them don't. PLS SEND HELP

Kevin-Monahan​ Kevin which versions was MOGRT available from? Also did AE and PP need to be on the same versions to play nicely together on MOGRT projects?

Where did you get the mogrt from? Have you communicated with the maker?

its made from someone that i know personally and it works with other workstations but not on my main editing machine.

Maybe particular MOGRT file requires After Effects to be installed. Do you have AE installed in the system in which you have premiere pro?
