motion Array plugin not working

I log into motion array and then i go to use my assets and it says it failed to load. My internet connection is working and running incredibly fast so its not the connection. I go to support and it says 404 page not found? Im paying 30/month to use this plug in and it hasn't worked for 2 weeks. Anyone know how to fix this?
