Mouse Cursor Disappears

On occasion, when I adjust the opacity of a clip by dragging the horizontal line going across it, after letting go of the mouse button, the cursor disappears. There is nothing that I can do to bring it back unless I completely restart Premiere Pro. This happens in the 2024 version of Premiere and has occurred at least 2-3 times per workday since the recent update.
