Move clip around with keyframes?

Hey guys! I try to move a 16/9 clip in a 9/16 sequence around to track my car in a dron shot a bit more acurate. I set 3 keyframes on POSITION and tried to move the position on the clip on the middle keyframe, but the clip did not move at all. How to shift the clip around like this? I want to start in the center. move for a few seconds to the right side of the image and come back to the middle. unfortunitly it doesnt work at all... the

Effects do not behave very will with Time Remapping.

Do the remapping first, nest and add the other effects to the nest.

See how that goes.

You can also edit in 16/9 and when finished use the Reframe feature.
