Multicam Audio Waveforms Dissapeared can't get them back

Im beyond frustrated.  I have tried everthing to get my waveforms back in multicam across multiple projects.  Today I was working on the audio for a long multicam and then  finished my keyframing in the timeline and then decided to add some audio adjustments in the Nested multicam timeline so that I did not have to apply FX multiple times to the the cut points of the Multicam.  It is a podcast and there were some large chunks we removed from the multicam.  In the nested sequence I selected one of the audio files and then started playing around with essential sound edits and then went back to my main sequence only to find my wavforms are gone.  I then opened another podcast project and now they are gone to and no edits happened there.  I have tried the below things to no avail. For clarity the audio in the multicam is from a sound devices MixPre II and it CH1 and CH2 are a stereo mix of both lav mics and CH3 and CH4 are the respective podcasters lav mics.  I have never had any issues with multicams until this essential sound/audio tagging mess began.  Any help would be much appreciated.

-Deleted Cache

-Checked to make sure "Show Waveforms" was activated in gear menu

-Enabled and disabled clips

-Tried to render audio but it sits and does nothing

-Checked that the mix was set to 1 on the track mixer.

When you apply audio effects inside a multicamera sequence (other than Gain), Premiere Pro needs to recalculate the waveform before it can display it. Here's two ways to do this:

  1. Render audio in your main sequence: Go to Sequence > Render Audio. This will prompt Premiere to regenerate the waveform in your main sequence. Note that changes made afterward might still require rendering again.
  2. Render and replace audio in the multicamera sequence: Open the multicamera sequence, select the audio clip, and choose Clip > Render and Replace. This action replaces your current audio with a rendered version and updates the waveform. You can still revert to the original files later by selecting Clip > Restore Unrendered.
