MXF HDCAM file import problem

Hi all

I'm trying to import a mxf Hdcam file but Premiere CC 2018 V 12.0 say me Unsupported Format or Damaged file.
There are some Premiere Logs file for understanding where is the file problem?

Maybe it is damaged.

Post comp spec, exact Pr build and screenshot of clip in Mediainfo in treeview.

The only thing I can think of is you need to install the Matrox codec, but not sure.
