My lumetri color panel is not working or even showing up in Premiere Pro

I was working on my short film when I realized I couldnt change the color anymore. I use a Loupedeck + while editing and I use the knobs to change the color on selected clips without having to open the color tab but recently it has stopped working. When I click on the actual Color tab the lumetri scaling doesnt pop up and I cant edit the color straight from the color tab anymore. Its been like this for a few days and I checked a lot of the forum to see if there was anything to help with this issue but nothing has worked. Ive reset to saved layout and it still doesnt work. Ive created a new project file and imported the old but the Lumetri panel is still not there. I use Premiere Pro 2019 and (hopefully) attached a screenshot of my project if that helps any.

Thanks.

Honestly forgot I posted this. I fixed the problem a month later. All I had to do was update Premiere to the 2022 version and boom the Lumetri color panel was back and everything worked perfectly again. I was just to scared to update back then because I didn't want it to mess up the short film I had already been working months on. You never know with Premiere.

I"ve updated to 2023 and that hasn't helped. It's so many thing going on that it is frightening!!! Clips missing clips and audio being shifted under other clip, color grading, etc...! I've never had this many problems at one time.

Hi JulianM31,

Sorry to hear about this. Have you tried resetting app preferences & checked if the panels are working properly?

Thnaks,

I have had to push our project back several times tuation. Now when I try to export clips it is changing the colors of my clips also only color grading half of a clip. Luts are being renamed in my project with no assistance from me, audio being shift to other part of my project, or clips flat-out missing. I have called Adobe on numerous ocassions only to have even worser issues after customer support supposedly rectified the si. How can a software have this many problems? Customer  Support blames it on pluggins not being updated, but I don't have pluggins. Drivers not being updated when they are. Then it's the Luts are corrupted but the cube were made in Premiere. Then it's because I don't have enough memory but I do! It's everything's fault except Adobe's Premiere Pro! It's like Adobe don't care about their customers anymore!

Where are you putting those LUTs?

Because what that sounds like, is you may be adding LUTs to the Program[Package} folder/Adobe/Premiere Pro/Lumetri/LUTs folder area. Which is wrong, and will cause all sorts of Hades.

LUTs in those folders are accessed not by name, but by relative position under computer alphanumeric sorting order. As in, fifth LUT down.

Users need to park their LUTs in either of two specified locations, both outside the program folder. Then the app will use them correctly.

The types of issues you are having means I'd have a lot of other questions to get into your workflow and steps performed. As that is not normal behavior of the app itself.
