My regular rendering of 10min average time is now 3-4hours just to be rendered.

Can someone from you give me tip how to speed up my rendering in PR? Thank you

Hi Ken

Check that your project is set to use GPU acceleration (not Software Only).

In the File menu > Project Settings window > General tab

choose Video Rendering and Playback : Renderer > Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration.

I'm in the same boat as OP - how do I change it to GPU Acceleration, my tab is greyed out with Software Only option as the default.

What version of Premiere Pro?

What operating system?
