This hasn't happened to me before, and I can't find a clear solution.
I have a MP4 video from OBS that I imported into Premiere and there's no audio. When I click on the video in my documents and play from my media player I can hear the audio. In Premiere, the option to drag audio from the source monitor is not available and the Source patching buttons are not showing up.
I've tried reinstalling Premiere. I've tried dragging the video to the new item button and letting premiere match the sequence to the video but nothing is working.
My other projects are working, even new ones I started after this one.
I've attached the media properties for the video file, the sequence settings, and screenshots of the missing buttons.

The most common user error is not source patching the track.
Solved by first opening clip from the project window in the Source Monitor. Then drag/insert into timeline.

Do you have sound in the source monitor?

I dont have any sound in the source monitor but I can hear the sound in different applications. The "drag audio only" button is grayed out.

If you do not have sound in premiere you will have to convert the clip e.g HandBrake: Open Source Video Transcoder
before bringing it into Premiere.
Post a screenshot of the clip analyze MediaInfo in TREEVIEW

The only thing I see that is out of order is that there is a conformance error.
Might still want to try Handbrake.
