Não consigo renderizar, alguém sabe me dizer qual é o problema e como resolver?

Na tela normal nem aparece pra mim escolher o local da render e quando clico na opção personalizado como na segunda print o programa me devolve a mensagem de erro da ultima print, não sei o que fazer para solucionar

Me ajudem pfvr

Hi Occ_Marketing4149,

Sorry to hear about the issue. It seems like Premiere Pro is not able to write to the location set in the Export Settings. What happens when you try to export to the internal drive (like the User Documents directory)? Is the internal drive not showing up in the Save dialogue box?

It's all okay with the folder and the problem is that i can't render in any folder of my computer because the option just don't appear to me :'(

did you try to reset the preferences?
