Nested but CPU running 50%-100% What happen??

I don't understand when I nested some footage in the timeline my CPU running increased to 50%-80% all the time when I stay on the sequence I am working. Making sub sequence seem to work for me (No CPU running increased)

Is it common when nested the CPU running all the time?

Is it bugs?

How to fix this?

Thanks for answer

Simply nesting a few clips should not make the CPU work harder. That is bad coding. Premiere Pro does have some major bugs that make the CPU and GPU work hard then they should as seen in the video link below. I think the best programmers at Adobe retired or quit about ten years ago. At this point in time Premiere Pro is a sinking ship.
