nesting issues

whenever i nest, and i go back to the main timeline my nested video is cropped. but inside the nest the picture is fine. ive tried zooming out while in the original time line but theirs nothing but black around the video.(new at premiere) couldnt find anything online so either a stupid question/easy answer or im asking the wrong question.

i also tried right clicking the nest and then scale to frame size but nothing happened

the nest ended up removing a portion of my clip im just redoing everything from an auto save file

What are the sequence settings (pixel/par) of the main sequence and of the nest? This problem generally means they do not match.
