Newbie: timeline shows file as missing? but file is in project

G'day,

I went to open one of my first projects and it showed my timeline with one of my clips in a different colour, but the referenced clip is in my project and sitting where expected in my folders (see images). What does the shading of the clip mean? And how can I restore the clip back to its original self?
