Not finding project

New Here ,
Sep 14, 2023 Sep 14, 2023

I was working on a project for school on a school computer. I wasn't able to finish during class, so I assumed that as long as I saved my progress, I would be able to access it from my computer at home. I am now signed in to the same account, and my project is not coming up. My project is due TOMORROW and I do not know where my project went. PLEASE HELP!

Hi Olivia @Olivia32298715amrq,

I read your message. I'm sorry for the late response. It sounds like you want access to a project you made at school in your home. Is that right?

You can access your project at home under certain conditions, but not by default. Sorry!

Is this a Team Project? If you are working in a Team Project, you can work on a project created at school and continue it at home. You do need the media to be on Creative Cloud, Google Drive, or similar to access the media You can then download it, and then manage it to your project. You can also keep duplicate sets of media at home and at school, or carry a portable drive back and forth with the media assets.

If it is not a Team Project, you can check your Creative Cloud folder > Premiere Pro for an auto saved project. You can enable this option in Preferences > Auto Save. If you have a project file there, you can work with that. Also, if you saved a backup project to Creative Cloud, you can work with that.

If you do not have access to files saved on Creative Cloud, or you are not working with a Team Project, then you need to retrieve the project file from your school. You will also need access to the media.

Let us know your situation, so we can help you get back on track.

Thanks,

Kevin
