Offline files in Media Encoder - I cant render anything

Hello!

Im back again - As I see im very unlucky person because everytime I buy new action cameras and do new multi-camera video I cant do anything with it in Premiere Pro.

My problem is with Media Encoder and Premiere Pro rendering alone - When I try to render the video in Premiere Pro (Using export option) it just freeze at 15%. Trying to queue it and render through Media Encoder shows that I have "offline files".

I dont know what that mean - All my files in Premiere Pro are online, they are in good locations, they are working great and I can use them, edit them, watch all of them etc. Why they appear as "MEDIA OFFLINE" in Media Encoder? Anyone have any idea?

More important things:

All new drivers, recent Premiere Pro update, 6700K, 32GB Ram, everything running on 1TB NVME 3000/3000 ssds (1 for premiere pro and working files, second one as output rendering drive) ,1080Ti. Footage from GoPro Hero 7Black - 4K@60FPS. Rendering method - I tried everything, 4K60FPS Hardware eGPU Accelerated 100Mbits 1 pass

If you need any more information please feel free to ask - I tried everything and nothing works, my files works great but I cant render anything with them (I actually did render the video yesterday and everything was fine, I tried to render improved version today and the problem happens)
