Old project freezing

Hi,

Every time I open a new project it freezes on this page and has to be force quit. This issue has been persisting for weeks now and I have been working around by oping a new project and import the old one. I have tried reinstalling premiere and it is still persisting. Can anyone help?

delete all your render files, media cache and media cache files and report back!
